While we currently offer a standard length of 1 to 2 minutes for personalized video messages, we acknowledge the demand for variable lengths. Please note that, at the moment, variable lengths are not an option. However, we are actively working on implementing solutions to provide more flexibility in the duration of personalized videos in the future. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to enhance our service to better meet your needs.

To create a personalized video, we only require your email address and the name of the recipient (victim). This minimal yet essential information is solely used for the customization of your order. We take your privacy seriously, and rest assured, no additional personal data is sought during the ordering process. Your convenience and privacy are our priorities, and we've designed the process to be straightforward while ensuring a tailored and enjoyable experience for you and the recipient of the video.

Is there a preview option before finalizing the order?

Unfortunately, we do not provide previews as each video is unique. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction based on the details you provide. Besides we offer some example videos on our social media pages, instagram and tiktok. Also we are looking for some customers who would like to suply us with some reaction videos of receiving our content.

Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

Once payment is processed, there is no option anymore to cancel your order. This mainly has to do with the fact that our creators will create content specifically for you. Once they put effort into a product we have to pay them for this effort. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

The video message will be sent to you via email. The mail will be directed to the email address that you provided during the ordering process for your video message.

How long will it take untill I receive the video message?

Typically, your video message will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Dutch national holidays. For more information, please refer to Section 6 of the terms and conditions.

What do I do if I can't find my video message?

If you can't find your video message, first check your provided email inbox, spam or junk folders. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order details for prompt assistance.

Is there an expiration date for accessing the video?
